What to expect from Human Relations Sessions.

Human Relations sessions can be conducted in groups or as individuals at home, in a small hired room or at the workplace. Delegates are asked to participate in a series of drawing, writing, listening and talking activities. These activities will help you to find ways of pinpointing the areas where you feel that you are not living up to your full potential, whether it be in career, health or relationships and look at the things that are really preventing you from being the way you want to be or living the life that you want to live.

Introductory sessions will begin with your interpretation of where you believe you are now in your life and where you want to be. An activity will be requested where you will be asked to look at a drawing and decide which part of the drawing best describes you and your life at this moment in time. You will then be asked to explain your feelings and your thoughts about your decisions.

Other activities will be introduced where you will be asked to focus on your achievements in life and to identify what and/or who helped you get to your achievements and furthermore, how.

These activities draw on the positive aspects of your life and help you to appreciate successes that have already been gained and to focus on new goals in your life.

3 Subsequent sessions will follow various aspects of everyday life both personal and professional. These sessions are on a ‘pick and choose’ option basis whereas the Introductory session is mandatory. These sessions include:

  • Stress Management

  • Promoting Self-esteem

  • Assertiveness

  • Communication skills

  • Positive Thinking (NLP)

  • Giving and Receiving Feedback

  • Personal Effectiveness

  • Emotional Development

  • Decision Making
