Corporate
2 sessions (incl Mandatory) last for 3 hours and are charged as follows:
1-6 delegates - £175
7-14 delegates - £125
4 sessions (incl Mandatory) last for 6 hours and are charged as follows:
1-6 delegates - £275
7-14 delegates - £225
Private
Introductory Session (Mandatory) is charged at £45 per session and will last for 2 hours
Individual Sessions are charged at £70 per session and will last for 2 hours
3 Session Bookings (Pre-Booked) are charged at £180 and last for 6 hours

Payment Details
Payments must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start of the Human Relations session. Cancellations for any session must be made at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of that session. A cancellation fee of £75 for Corporate clients or £20 for Private clients will be required should a cancellation be made after the 24 hour deadline. There are no refunds should you cancel during or after any session bookings or if any member of the pre-booked sessions fails to attend.
Travel Expenses
Human Relations sessions held outside of Northamptonshire may be subject to travel expenses. Please call for further detailos.
Groups
There should be no more than 6 people in a private group session. Only those delegates named on the register will be allowed to attend the sessions. Additions to the register should be made no later than 12 hours before the sessions starts via telephone.
Rooms
The room needed to conduct the activities should be big enough to accommodate all persons being booked onto the sessions both sitting at table/tables, sitting in a circle (if in groups) and space on the floor and is the responsibility of the company/host to ensure that this is the case. There will be additional costs added should a hired room be requested.
Breaks
For ½ day or 2 hour sessions, there will be a short 15 minute comfort/coffee break at an interval agreed by the group and/or the company. For day sessions, there will be a 15 minute break in the morning and again in the afternoon with 1 hour for lunch. If the company/host requires longer breaks, this must be made clear at the time of booking.
Start Times & Interruptions
Sessions will start promptly at the time agreed. Delegates arriving late may be asked to leave! Whilst it is appreciated that outside communication is part of everyday life, it is requested that all Mobile Telephones are switched off so not to disturb the session or the rest of the group. Delegates must make arrangements to make certain that they do not need to leave in the middle of the session.
Companies Outside of UK
Companies outside of the UK can also book Human Relations sessions. Please note that session prices will differ and travel, accommodation and other related expenses will be added. Please call for further details.
Important Information:
Human Relations sessions can be emotional both physically and mentally as delegates begin to learn about themselves and others in the group. It is therefore extremely important that there are no interruptions of any kind (unless in an emergency) during the Human Relations sessions.
