What to expect from Life Coaching

The relationship between Life Coach and Client is a very special one. Both need to feel totally at ease with the other to enable the relationship to flourish. If either feels that this is not happening, they must agree to go their separate ways and in which case, the Life Coach will point the client into the direction of another Life Coach or other means of help and support.

Once a client makes
contact with me, I will conduct an initial FREE consultation and talk them through a number of key tasks that I would need them to do or questions to be considered prior to the first session. It’s important for the client to remember that the job of a Life Coach is merely to help the client to identify interferences or obstructions in their life and recognise future aims and goals and to find a pathway to successful results all of which may have become hazy because of the trials and tribulations of life.

What happens after the consultation?: After the FREE consultation, we will arrange a set of 4 Coaching Sessions on dates and at times that are mutually acceptable for both of us where you will be able to contact me by telephone and start the session. Each session will last for 45 minutes and on the first session, I will open the gates by reviewing the information received back from the initial consultation. Clients are asked to be open and willing and to commit themselves to suggestions made by myself for thoughts and activities to be carried out before the next session. However, if a client feels unable to commit to the given task, they should make this known at the time of the suggestion.

What happens at the end of my sessions?: At the end of the 4th session, we will review achievements made throughout the 4 sessions and if you so wish, you will be able to book a second batch of 4 sessions and so on. If you have received a total 12 sessions, I will review the sessions to date and we will discuss which areas still need working on if any.
